Spinach And Mushroom Frittata – The advantage of this dish is that it will leave you satiated until lunch and it can be done in less than 10 minutes. The Ingredients are oil, fresh baby spinach, sliced mushrooms, eggs, milk, feta cheese crumbles, a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Warm the oil in the skillet, add the spinach & mushrooms. Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs and milk, add eggs to the mix in the skillet. When the dish is almost ready, don't forget to sprinkle on the feta cheese.

The Ingredients are granola, plain low-fat yogurt, halved seedless red and green grapes. We put the granola and grapes on the yogurt and the dish is ready. To make the dish more interesting, we can add different kinds of fruits, like berries or bananas.
